excellent hotel, stayed here many times for business travel. Great value. Rooms always very clean, excellent friendly service. Management very attentive and professional. Tammy the manager is always on top of service with a smile for all guests.

This hotel is better than we expected for the great low price. They have free parking and nice welcoming customer service. The hotel in general is small and old, but does have some surprising amenities (heated pool, breakfast, pay laundry). The major improvement needed is with the shower - it is fitted with a bench for handicapped, but the main letdown is the low pressure of the shower water. The bathroom is extra large in general and hallway and sink area suffers by being small and tighter in comparison. But overall, the location and price make this a happy secret spot to remember.

Very kind & helpful staff! They were able to accommodate checking in early (for a fee!) which we were very grateful for as we had just had a long early flight. The room was clean & quiet. Beds were comfy. The hotel was very walkable to the convention center & a short $7 Uber to Disneyland. Overall, a great experience for a low price. If you’re looking for a place that doesn’t have frills, but is clean & great for just sleeping and showering and spending most of your day at Disneyland, this is perfect. Excellent location 1 mile from Disney that is on the ART busline. We were looking for an affordable option near Disney, it's not a Hilton but the rooms were fairly large with tall, firm beds and the bathroom was well lit, updated and had great towels. Our room was clean, staff was very accommodating, and it has every other day housekeeping. Our room had newer carpet and the double dresser was helpful to keep things sorted. If there is a downfall, it was the paper thin walls. We could hear most the things going on in the room next door but the fluffy towels and hot water evened things out for us. The hotel does offer a lite breakfast from 7-9am, which is primarily packaged pastries, three types of cereal, and bread choices. You have to eat your food in the breakfast room, it's made clear, but people were still trying to sneak things out. They have a small pool and hot tub, but we were busy with other things. We used the ART pass through A-Way-We-Go and rode it to Disney and Knotts Berry Farm. Your on the Harbor line, and it's a way to save 2 miles a day on your feet. It's a 15 minute ride to the park from getting on.

Within walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot, with shuttle to Harbor entrance to Disneyland. Renovated Rooms. Clean. Free parking. Nice Contential bkft each morning. Front Desk Staff, Tammy, Bobby and others, professional, personable, and accommodating. Pool and Jacuzzi looked inviting, though I didn't use them. Property is old, but I found it clean and taken care of. Small Convenience store, right next door. Affordable. I would stay again.

Great location, breakfast is limited but appreciated. The rooms could be cleaner. I found black hair stuck to the shower wall and a black hairball in the corner of the bathroom. My daughter (age 7) politely suggests more toilet paper in the room (no back up roll).

You get what you pay for. I feel I got what I paid for. I received no disturbance, no outside noise, no sirens, surprisingly. The room was spacious and clean. The shower water was hot. The mini fridge kept my liquids cold. One downside, but luckily, I brought a big warm blanket is that they do not provide a blanket. Overall, if you need to save money, this is the spot.

This is a good hotel if you're staying in the Anaheim area. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. However, there are a couple of problems worth mentioning. One being the showers are lacking. The stream of flow is low. The temperature turns cold and hot even after you have adjusted it to the temperature you want. And it spews water everywhere - when asked for a different room, I was told by guest services that all showers in all rooms function the same and were in need of shower repair. The only other issue was parking. There are definitely not as many parking spaces as there are rooms but, the staff is very quick to help and come out as soon as they see you entering the lot to help you find a place to park. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.
